Liaoning Large-scale steel pipe co.,ltd. was founded in 1985 and  before it was called Liaoyang Large-scale steel pipe plant which specialized in making spiral pipes and ERW pipes, factory covers an area of 500.000.square meters and the construction area is 108.000 square meters with existing fixed assets of 550million yuan ,factory now has 850 staffs and 60 of which is professional technical personnel and 4 senior engineers

The factory has eight  production lines with the annual production capacity of 250.000 tons (including a ERW pipe production line, seven SSAW steel pipe production line), factory can be qualified to produce pipes according to   national standards (GB/T9711.2-1999, GB/T9711.1-1997 ), the industry standard (SY/T5037-2000) and the American Petroleum Institute (API) standards (API Spec 5L PSL1, PSL2; API Spec 5CT) the factory can produce the steel grade of pipes up to X70.  Of which: spiral welded pipe specifications is from Φ219 × 6 ~ Φ2540 × 25 mm, the annual output is 150,000 tons; ERW pipes specifications Φ219 × 5 ~ Φ630 × 18 mm, the annual output  is 100,000 tons. Our plant is located in the outskirts of Liaoyang city, there is only 3 kilometers to the Shenyang-Dalian highway and railway stations,  transportation is very convenient.

 

For SSAW production line ,the forming equipment is from germany,welder is American Lincoln, and electric controlled equipment is from Siemens,and also with  the advanced x ray industrial television and UT inspection equipment,which ensure the production and quality of the spiral welded pipe.

For the ERW production line ,the welder is form America thermaltool and there is a very complete system of testing.the factory has DWTT machine, impact testing machines, hardness testing machine, metallographic analysis machine, flattening testing machine, automatic and manual ultrasonic detector and other equipment and equipment on the base metal pipe and the corresponding inspection to ensure the quality of ERW and SSAW pipes to compliance with the relevant standards. We have adequate human resources with qualified certificates; the factory has the integrity, and effective quality management and has got the quality assurance system  of GB/T19001 and ISO9001 quality management system certification in 1997 and we have got the product quality certificate in June 2004 made by the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection issued by the "Chinese People's Republic of special equipment (pressure pipeline components: welded steel pipe) we have got  the manufacturing license in January 2008 made by the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection in accordance with the new audit rules permit issued by the A1 level (the highest level, product standards to GB / T9711.2-1999) "the People's Republic of special equipment (pressure pipeline components: SSAW steel, welded pipe joints ) we also have got the manufacturing license of API in 2004 made by the American Petroleum Institute (API) Logo Certification code: 5 L 0444,5 CT 0828). our factory have sold pipes throughout the whole country, the turnover in 2007 was up to 550 million yuan, and the exported turnover is 10 million US dollars. Over the years, we are guided by "providing quality products is the survival of the enterprises and meet customers’ demands following the purpose of the enterprise; factory adheres to that the continuous improvement is the eternal pursuit of" the principle of quality,and supplying for the Daqing Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield in Xinjiang Oilfield, Jilin Oilfield , Zhongyuan Oilfield, the Dalian City Heating Network, Beijing Gas, Bazhou gas, gas and heat supply network in Shijiazhuang, the Hailar heating network, heat network in Jilin City, Xingtai gas and heat supply network, gas and heat supply network of Harbin, Shenyang District, Chongqing Wushan Yangtze River Bridge , Fuxin Reply white water, Qinhuangdao Reply Qin Qing Ji, and other countries and provinces, municipalities key projects with a lot of high-quality spiral welded pipe, some export products, and was unanimously praised by customers, clients and enjoy a very high reputation.
  In order to meet market demand, optimizing product , in 2005 our factory invested 150 million yuan  to build a new Longitudinal resistance welding (ERW) steel pipe production line, with the production capacity of 150,000 tons. Specifications is Φ219 × 5 ~ Φ630 × 18 mm, the highest grades of steel is the X70. which can produce national standards pipes  and standards of the American Petroleum Institute (API Spec 5L; 5CT)pipes.

In order to improve the technological content of products that meet market demand, and promote the development of our factory ,we have coorporate with WSP company at the end of 2007 and signed a cooperative agreement, the two parties have a total investment of 100 million US dollars to build a new oil  tube (Φ114 mm Seamless Steel Tube) production lines with the production capacity of 300,000 tons per year. The project has entered the implementation stage, the construction period is about one year, the second quarter of 2009 is expected to formally put into operation.
